I quit going here. The service is slow, usually by a young college girl who would rather be doing something else. Often you have to flag someone down for a drink refill. Once I waited over an hour for 2 orders of boneless wings. Another time they completely forgot about our order and we waited even longer. The food is normally good but the loud music and crappy service has me wanting to stop coming. The manager has come to our table 5 out of 10 times we've been there to apologize for something (without us asking). Waitresses care more about looking like hoochie mommas then taking care of their customers.... sorry had to add that.

Went for some late-night wings with my son last night. Made a special order on my wings (light sauce and extra crispy) and wasn't disappointed at all. I've been here before and had horrible service from the wait staff, but we sat at the bar this time and were served by Emily and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It just goes to show that the wait staff can make or break a place. We'll be back.

Short Version: Not a bad establishment, but the accuracy of ordering could use some work - and so could some of the employee's customer service skills. The food was warm and delicious when we got it, and most people in my party remarked that it was even more food then they could eat in a single sitting. Expensive, though. Long Version: I had a surprisingly decent experience here. I'll admit, I was expecting a whole lot worse from the "sports bar" atmosphere. We came during lunch hour on a Friday. The place was busy-ish but not horridly so. They still had some open tables. I found it odd that they had CNN on without any subtitles. You could read the headlines, but that was about it. I have no idea what was actually going on since the sound was off. Tons of televisions, though. There were so, so many sports games going on. I imagine you could ask to be seated in view of specific games, but I could easily see a hockey, basketball, and baseball game just from where I was sitting. Ordering was simple, and I liked the much-more-affordable options on the lunch menu than the dinner menu. This place is definitely focused on the "chicken" side of things. Chicken tacos, chicken sauces, etc. They also have some salads and some hamburger options, but if you come here, you should mostly be prepared to enjoy chicken. For those who sincerely hate chicken, you could go with a hamburger or one of the appetizer options (mozzarella sticks, potato wedges, fries). Service was okay here. It wasn't fast, but it wasn't insanely slow either. Our regular waitress was pretty friendly. When our food was served, the orders were wrong. Not a problem, but the woman serving the food (not our waitress. Potentially another cook?) didn't seem to understand this. When we mentioned that it wasn't what she ordered, she said "Well, this is what we made for you" like that made a difference. Our waitress saw there was an issue and stepped in, and the potential-cook-girl said "Fine. You deal with them" and handed over the food and walked away. It was a pretty negative experience. Our waitress was friendly and had the food remade relatively quickly, though. The food itself was pretty good. All of the food was warm, but most of us felt awkward eating without everyone in our party having their food, so that did contribute to some of the coldness. Drinks were refilled regularly, and the check was delivered promptly. The two people in our party who didn't get lunch orders had to get to-go boxes because it was just so much food, so you definitely get quite a bit of food here. The bill for 4 people came very close to $70. Definitely not a cheap place to eat. Clean establishment with interesting decor. Lots of televisions and sports-stuff. Not much usual haunt, but it works well for them. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Awesome service, amazing, spicy food. Prices were a little steep but it's definitely the best wing play in town. Mango habanero rules.

Always great time! The waiter (Taylor) is amazing at hospitality! Would go just to have him wait our table!

I come here occasionally on Boneless Thursday, where boneless wings are only 60 cents each! What a deal. It can get pretty busy, so even though they have a lot of seating, there might be a wait. The dining area is pretty dark, and it can also get pretty loud in there. A pal and I came here to get to go orders las week and the fries were cold in our order and some of the wings didn't have sauce on them. This is usually not how it is at BWW, so I am going to go back this week and get a to go order and see how it is. The food is usually very good, and the service is always excellent! Overall, this is the best place in cedar falls to go and get wings; but I am going to dock 2 stars currently for the lack of quality in our to go order last time.

This place gets busy and can really impact your experience. We got seated in the bar and the music was so loud we could barely hear the waitress. Then we waited around 40 minutes for our food. We finally reminded our waitress to check on our food and she brought it right out. The food tasted and felt like it had been sitting under a warmer for about 20 mins. We will probably not go back. I gave it two stars because the beer was cold.

The wings are money. The service can be terrible, but last time it was pretty good. The wings are the best thing on the menu. The entrees and sides are decent and mediocre. I also like how wherever you get seated you are always next to a TV. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. There's a great vibe about the place. You got to give it a chance.

Great bar food & if my food isn't made correctly they have no problem making it over. Never had a problem at this location!

Oh the pain. They'd just opened. We ordered standard fare. We played the Quiz Game for an hour and a half. Manager (pinch hitter) came out and explained that a cook had quit angrily and sabotaged a fryer. The Jerk Wings were tasty. Silver Lining: The TVs worked.

Not so good for Wings. I have had wings at a lot of BWWs and these are worst I had till date. Everything else on the menu is very good specially the burgers and shearables. The service is good but if they have too many customers they kinda panic..

The food is about the only good thing I have to report on this place. Poor hostess, poor cleanliness, poor ticket times, discourteous staff...overall a very disappointing visit on a slow Saturday afternoon.

Tons of servers wondering around, but none of them want to work. After ten minutes of sitting at the table, we had to ask a server to help us. Another thirty minutes went by before she even took our food order. My iced tea sat empty for quite some time, we had to ask for water four times, and I guess there isn't a difference between blue cheese and ranch dressing. My salad was wilty and my burger tasted like they spilled a salt shaker on it. Overpriced in my opinion....very disappointed.

We have been here several times. The food is typically over cooked and the service is slow. I've eating at these in other places and they are generally ok. We just seem to have a bad one in Cedar Falls
